It is absolutely no surprise that when it comes to contemporary homes it is the synergy between the structure and its environment that is increasingly becoming the top priority for homeowners.
The exterior of the house is clad in white and gray with the painted front door adding a dash of color and excitement to the visual with its blue beauty. Standing seam metal and stucco were used predominantly to craft the edifice and one can easily see their presence even from a distance.
The new pavilion sits next to an older counterpart that has been revamped to house a fabulous spa zone while the more traditional home in the backdrop was slightly tweaked to fit into the more modern narrative. With a fair-faced concrete structure timber-clad interior and elegant walkways all around this chic and relaxing hub is the new nerve center of the house.
It is this lower level that offers additional living spaces a home theater gym and other service zones while the top level contains the living area kitchen and dining room in one wing and the bedrooms in another. These two rectangular blocks are connected by a common roof that creates a lovely overhang for the walkways and outdoor sitting spaces around the house.
Dubbed the the gorgeous house showcases a smart fusion of the old and the new as a classic pitched roof is reinvented to wrap around the exterior skin that extends all the way to the entrance.
Reflecting the multicultural heritage of the neighborhood that it sits in this contemporary residence designed by Beyond Homes and Building Bloc Design blends into the existing community seamlessly while bringing along with it an undeniable hint of uniqueness.
