Designed by Jacobsen Arquitetura the private residence is spread across two different floors with the lower level half buried underground to ensure that the overall structure is not too tall and imposing.
Lighting fixtures like the 85 Lamps Chandelier enhance the underlying industrial flavor of the home while custom décor pieces in the bedrooms and guest spaces add to the sophisticated atmosphere indoors. Color is kept to a bare minimum and the backdrop is kept as neutral as possible with edgy elegance becoming the predominant theme.
A large north block and a more modest south wing of the home are brought together by a glass area that brings in natural light and ventilation.
